Grissom 3, Sparkman 3: Senators pull even with late goal
Grissom and Sparkman finished 3-3 after an even match. Grissom had 14 shots and 2 corners to Sparkman's 13 shots and 3 corners. Fin Bjelke started the scoring at the 9:59 mark after a long pass from Dave Siaw, but Sparkman tied the score within 4 minutes. The first half ended at 1-1. Sparkman scored first in the second half, but Aiden Cleary hammered a Wendell Giolo cross into the net 22 minutes into the second half to tie the game once again. Grissom looked to have the victory when James Balogun scored with five minutes to go; however, Sparkman scored one minute later to secure the tie. Grissom is 2-3-3 on the season.
